Our verification approach

Trust should be built into every opportunity

AccessBridge Careers does not guarantee a job or endorse an employer. We make every source clear, review it before listing jobs, and keep future employer privileges behind a separate manual review.

1

Review the official careers page

We confirm that the named employer publishes or links to the job board being connected.

2

Match the employer's feed identity

Each refresh must return the organization name we approved. A renamed or substituted board is rejected.

3

Keep remote-tagged roles only

A role must identify itself as remote, distributed, work-from-home, or anywhere in its title, location, or office fields. Applicants should still review country, state, and time-zone restrictions.

4

Validate every application link

Links must use HTTPS and stay on the approved employer domain or that employer's Greenhouse board.

5

Refresh without hiding failures

Successful feeds update active roles. If a feed fails, the previous good data remains in place instead of silently disappearing.

6

Send applicants directly there

The Apply button opens the official application page. AccessBridge Careers does not collect job applications.

What “verified” means here

It means AccessBridge Careers reviewed the source and received the posting from that employer's public career feed. It does not guarantee that a role is available in every location, that a workplace will meet every accessibility need, or that an applicant will be hired. Never pay a recruiter or buy equipment as a condition of interviewing.

Before a business can publish or contact anyone

A business account alone is not enough. Our planned review checks the legal business name, registration or license details, jurisdiction, official HTTPS website, matching company-domain email, careers presence, headquarters, and an accountable contact. Candidate discovery also requires the person’s explicit opt-in. These employer features remain inactive during the preparation phase.
